C-Tech Supports New Zealand SailGP Team Hull Repair

C-Tech has been proud to support the New Zealand SailGP Team with urgent repair work on their port hull ahead of this weekend’s home event.

As Russell Coutts shared:
“The repair is underway at C-Tech. C-Tech have been incredible, making space in their facility to join up the parts and provide additional labour. Go Black Foils!”

After six intensive days at the C-Tech factory, the SailGP Tech team worked around the clock alongside our crew to complete the structural work. The port hull then officially departed C-Tech to undergo repainting and final finishing touches, ready for race weekend.

It’s been a huge team effort behind the scenes, and we’re excited to see the boat back on the water with official training cancelled for today, the team will be straight into it for racing on Saturday and Sunday.
