C-Tech Spain has successfully achieved ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 14001 (environmental management) certification, completing a six-month implementation process led by Javier Díaz and supported by Alberto Soler.

Beyond meeting formal requirements, the team developed advanced internal tools, including carbon-fibre traceability systems, planning tools, and production databases that generate KPIs. Every composite component is now fully traceable, ensuring quality, repeatability, and environmental accountability - systems that is in the process of being replicated in our NZ factory operations.
The team also took part in a self-defence team-building workshop, a dynamic and fun session that helped strengthen connections across the group.
The factory has been busy with batten orders and has increased tube production as tube-manufacturing capability continues to grow within the team.
