The iconic Sydney Harbour delivered another unforgettable week of high-performance racing at the 2025 JJ Giltinan 18ft Skiff World Championship—the most prestigious event on the skiff sailing calendar.
Among the 28 elite teams was our own C-Tech crew: CEO Alex Vallings, alongside Matt Steven and Brad Collins. After a fiercely competitive week on the water, we’re incredibly proud of the team for finishing 4th overall in a world-class fleet stacked with past champions and international talent. A huge effort—well done team!
C-Tech’s presence at the event extended far beyond our own boat. This year, all but two teams in the fleet were running C-Tech rigs, and the top 15 skiffs were all powered by our high-performance carbon spars. From masts and poles to our trusted wing bar sets, C-Tech products continue to be the go-to choice for crews chasing speed, reliability, and results.
